Welcome to Jurassic Armour Detailing. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between both parties and help us provide the highest standard of professional mobile detailing.

1. About Us

Jurassic Armour Detailing provides professional mobile vehicle detailing, valeting, paint correction, ceramic coatings and specialist vehicle care services throughout The Purbecks, Dorset and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability.

Once a booking request is received, Christian will contact you personally to confirm your vehicle details, service requirements, location and final quotation before the appointment is secured.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are guide prices only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Vehicle size
• Vehicle condition
• Level of contamination
• Time required
• Accessibility
• Additional requested services

A confirmed quotation will always be provided before any work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise arranged in advance.

We accept approved payment methods communicated during booking.

Failure to make payment may result in future bookings being declined.

5. Mobile Service Requirements

As we operate a fully mobile detailing service, customers must provide:

• Access to a standard outdoor water supply
• Access to a standard 240V electrical socket
• Safe working space around the vehicle

If these requirements cannot be met, please discuss alternative arrangements before booking.

6. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle when requesting a quotation.

Vehicles requiring additional work due to excessive contamination, heavy staining, pet hair, mould, neglected paintwork or other unforeseen conditions may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed before work continues.

7. Paint Correction & Detailing

Paint correction significantly improves paintwork by reducing swirl marks, oxidation and surface defects.

However, no professional detailer can guarantee the complete removal of every scratch, stone chip or paint defect without repainting the vehicle.

Results depend on:

• Paint condition
• Paint thickness
• Previous repairs
• Vehicle age

Every vehicle is assessed individually to achieve the safest possible improvement.

8. Ceramic & Graphene Coatings

Ceramic and graphene coatings provide durable protection and make ongoing maintenance easier.

Their longevity depends on factors including:

• Vehicle use
• Maintenance routine
• Environmental exposure
• Washing methods

To maximise performance, customers should follow the aftercare advice provided after installation.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Late cancellations or repeated missed appointments may affect future bookings.

If severe weather makes it unsafe to complete the work, appointments may be rearranged at no additional cost.

10. Weather

As a mobile service, some detailing work cannot be safely completed during:

• Heavy rain
• High winds
• Snow
• Freezing temperatures

If weather conditions prevent us from achieving professional results, your appointment will be rescheduled.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Remove valuables from the vehicle before arrival.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time.
• Inform us of any existing damage, repainting or known issues before work begins.
• Obtain permission if the vehicle is located at a storage facility, campsite or workplace.

12. Existing Damage

Jurassic Armour Detailing cannot be held responsible for pre-existing:

• Scratches
• Stone chips
• Paint defects
• Loose trim
• Damaged plastics
• Failing paint
• Previous repair work
• Worn upholstery
• Water leaks
• Mechanical faults

Where possible, existing issues may be photographed before work begins.

13. Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you have any concerns regarding the completed work, please notify us within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.

14. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken during our work, Jurassic Armour Detailing's liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

However, specifications, prices, services and availability may change without notice.
